Delete your EXEO account

We respect your right to leave. Here's exactly how to permanently remove your account and data.

How to delete your account

    Email us

    Send an email to support@exeo.health from the address tied to your account.

    Use the subject line

    Delete my account — this routes your request to the right team.

  3. 3

    Confirm your identity

    We may reply once asking you to confirm the request from the same email address. This protects you from someone else deleting your account.

  4. 4

    We process within 7 days

    Your account, profile, shots, side effects, food, weight log and all personal data are permanently erased from our production systems within 7 days of confirmation. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Don't have access to the app? Email support@exeo.health from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We process requests within 7 days.

From your account email

Some records (e.g. payment receipts) may be retained where required by law. Cancel any active App Store subscription separately via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
